Job Description/Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Sales associate to build, optimize and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects (SME Employers & lenders), with the sole objective of converting prospects to paying customers. Are you a self-starter with great interpersonal skills, and passionate about employing creative tactics to drive business results? Are you adept at managing sales processes from start to finish? If yes, we would love to meet you.
Job Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience minimum in B2B insurance sales (banks or employers). • Solid networking skills. • Experience using Hubspot for sales management. • Experience with managing sales funnels and customer success. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. • Effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Creative capacity to develop and lead initiatives to improve sales processes. • Effective capacity to work and collaborate with cross functional teams. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to efficiently manage multiple sales communications simultaneously.
