Job Description/Responsibilities

What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Technical Advisor who will provide strategic, analytical, and technical support directly to the CEO to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize executive operations. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical and business acumen, capable of managing high-priority projects, conducting in-depth research, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This position is critical in supporting the CEO's agenda and will serve as a trusted advisor on key operational and technical matters. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll be responsible for; • Assist the CEO in formulating and implementing strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth and efficiency. • Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and synthesize insights to support strategic decision-making. • Oversee high-priority projects and provide the CEO with updates, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. • Conduct detailed research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to provide actionable insights. • Identify technical solutions and innovations that align with the company’s strategic goals and offer recommendations to the CEO. • Advise on technical challenges and work closely with department heads to facilitate problem-solving and the implementation of best practices. • Coordinate and monitor the progress of cross-departmental projects to ensure they align with the CEO’s vision and priorities. • Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops, providing necessary technical and strategic input as required. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the CEO’s meetings, presentations, and external engagements. • Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with the company’s goals. • Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring information flows efficiently and that project deliverables are met. • Provide confidential advisory support to the CEO on sensitive matters, ensuring discretion and integrity at all times. • Implement a structured process for tracking action items from the CEO’s meetings and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion. • Assist in managing confidential projects and initiatives directly led by the CEO, especially those that require high-level coordination across functions. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the CEO’s office, establishing and maintaining efficient workflows and communication protocols. • Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in the InsurTech space, providing thought leadership to the CEO on areas for business or process innovation. Job Requirements

The right candidate might have… • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in a technical, advisory, or strategic role; experience working closely with senior executives is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of data analysis, technical research, project management tools, and familiarity with emerging technologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and working cross-functionally to achieve strategic objectives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and make sound recommendations. • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
